How Do I Opt Out/In of Text Messages from Tee?

You may receive text messages from Tee for support updates or account activity, but you can opt in or out of these messages whenever you choose.

Opt out of text messages from Tee

To stop receiving text messages related to your Tee account or Tee Support, simply reply to any of our text messages with one of the following opt-out keywords:

STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Once you send one of these keywords, you’ll receive a confirmation message:

"You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."

NOTE: Unsubscribing from Tee Support messages will not stop account activity alerts from the Tee app/platform, as these are sent from a separate system. To unsubscribe from those messages, please reply to them with one of the opt-out keywords.

Opt back into text messages from Tee

To opt back into receiving text messages from Tee that you have previously unsubscribed from, simply find an old message from Tee and reply with one of the following keywords:

START, YES, or UNSTOP.

This will reactivate your ability to receive our text messages.
