Tee is a monthly subscription service, and payments are generally non-refundable. This includes:
- Subscriptions not canceled before the billing date.
- Any period where the service was already available or accessed.
While refunds aren't guaranteed, our Support team can evaluate refund requests received within 90 days of the charge on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank. We're unable to refund and rebill a charge to a different payment method, but you can update your payment information for future charges.
